A truth should be mentioned that criminals are usually not the first time they commit illegal acts before being arrested by the police, almost several times before. So why always like this? The criminal psychologist said, they are always thinking, I’ll be fine, no one is watching me, checking me, no proof, that mentality let them commit crime again and again deeply. We should do something to close this fluke mind in order to decline the crime trends. More obviously, CCTV systems are the best choices for us.
