Understanding your Alarm purchase from ADT dealer!
Friends please understand when you buy a security system in the Chicago or the suburbs you must understand what is going on. These so called ADT dealers that are giving you free visa cards and extra pieces for your alarm free are simply marketing companies that exist in other states. There is no real company here locally it is a person they sub contract to install your system. Once they install this system which sounded great in the beginning turns into the real headache. The contract is turned over to ADT when then in turn is supposed to service the system, but the reality is the people who installed it are long gone and not responsible any more. Then after a certain time you are subject to price increases and other service fees via ADT. So please understand that initially is not really ADT. There is no relationship with anyone. Dealing with a local company such as us will give you the comfort level and service you deserve.
